How do I split payment?

If you would like to purchase several tickets, you can buy 2 tickets on our website. That locks in your time and game. Once you arrive, you can pay for additional tickets.

Can I Purchase A Gift Card?

Absolutely! You can buy gift certificates for anyone! Simply click here. After purchasing, it will generate a unique code which is good for up to one year from purchase to redeem your game!

Is this appropriate for kids?

There is nothing inappropriate in any of our games. We don't use foul language or adult themes. However, the games are at a difficulty level that is challenging for any age. We find that some younger children get lost or bored in our games. We recommend ages 9 and up. You can bring younger children. Be advised, our games are designed for older kids, teenagers and adults.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open daily from 10 am to 10 pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled or change 24 hours prior to the start of your adventure for a full refund. You may call us at 239-689-6979 to change or reschedule your reservation.

What if I am running late?

We do our best to accommodate groups who run late. Due to the nature of our business, your game may be cut short if you are more than 15 minutes late to your adventure.

Do you host birthday parties?

Unfortunately, we do not host birthday parties. However, we have birthday groups come in all the time. There are several great restaurants and bars within walking distance we can give you recommendations for to keep the party going.

How many people can book a game at one time?

We require a minimum of 2 tickets. A maximum of 7 players are allowed in each game.

Is this scary?

Not at all! Escape Room Adventures is not a haunted house of any kind. An escape room is simply a themed game filled with puzzles hidden throughout that you and your team need to solve in order to win the game.

Are you really going to lock us in the room?

Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, you can leave the game at any time you feel necessary. Just remember, the clock stops for no one, so visit the restroom before your game begins!

What ages are appropriate to play Escape Room Adventures?

We recommend our games for ages 9 to 99. Anyone under the age of 16 needs to have at least one parent or guardian accompanying them.

How much are tickets?

General admission is $35.95 per person. Prices are subject to change.

Will strangers be playing with me if I don't buy all the tickets?

No. Your group of between 2 and 7 people will be playing in the game that you book. We do not mix teams. Totally private!

Where are you located?

We are located at 12995 S Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers in the Pinebrook Plaza shopping center behind Outback Steakhouse on the second floor above Miss Saigon restaurant. We are in suite 217.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You may cancel before 24 hours of your designated game start time. Any games that need to be rescheduled within 24 hours will need to be done by calling 239-689-6979.

Is Escape Room Adventures Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately we are located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. We apologize for the inconvenience.
